Privacy Policy

We may collect account and contact details, shipping information, checkout metadata, account preferences, support messages, and device setup details.

When you choose to use connected features, we may process ring identifiers, connection status, device diagnostics, activity and wellness readings supported by your ring, goals, schedules, nutrition entries, and other information you enter in the app.

If you upload a document, we process the file and extracted text so the app can store it and use relevant information in features you request, including personalized AI responses. Community features may process your handle, profile, follows, posts, comments, reactions, captions, achievements, and stat cards you choose to share.

We use information to provide account access, process and deliver orders, connect and sync supported rings, show requested insights, personalize goals and AI responses, estimate nutrition information, store documents, operate community features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and provide customer support.

HealthRingAI is a general wellness service and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

When you use AI features, your prompt and the app context you choose to attach may be sent to service providers that process the request on our behalf. This context can include goals, nutrition entries, connected-ring readings, and relevant extracted text from uploaded documents.

AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on them for emergencies or medical decisions. You control whether to upload documents and can delete locally stored documents and their extracted text from the app.

We share information only as needed with providers that support hosting, analytics, AI processing, order fulfillment, payments, security, and customer support, or when required by law. Payments are handled by Stripe, and HealthRing.ai does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.

Information you deliberately publish through community features may be visible to other users according to the audience and account controls available in the service.

Goals, nutrition entries, workout schedules, connected-ring readings, uploaded documents, extracted document text, and AI context stored locally on your device are retained until you delete them in the app, clear the app data, or uninstall the app.

Account records and server-hosted preferences are retained while your account is active. Community profiles, handles, follow relationships, posts, comments, reactions, captions, achievements, and stat cards are retained while the related account or content remains active. You may delete supported content in the service or request account and associated-content deletion by emailing contact@healthring.ai.

Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Residual encrypted backups may remain for up to 90 additional days before being overwritten. Abuse reports, fraud-prevention records, and security logs may be retained for up to 24 months, or longer when required by law or needed to protect users and the service.

Support correspondence is retained for up to 24 months after the request is resolved. Order, payment, tax, legal, and dispute records are retained only for the period required by applicable law. When a retention period ends, the information is deleted or de-identified.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable law. You can also remove locally stored app information through the app controls or your device settings.

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
